Jamie's Italian

This restaurant called Jamie's is an add to Jamie Oliver's chain which is world wide.........
I went to the city this Thursday, and the Jamie's Italian was finally open. OMG. This was like music to my ears!

When I lived in the UK, I went to the Jamie's Italian in Birmingham, and the food was really just exquiseite . Since I did not live in the Birmingham area, I only went the the restaurant once :(
 But........Yesterday, I went to the Jamie's Italian again :D
It's a long queue in the lunch time. It took us about 45 mins to get a table. There were a lot of Jamie Oliver's products in the restaurant o_O
The restaurant was so clean and tidy.
Finally, we got the table :D When I saw the menu, it was surprised me. About five weeks ago, Jamie Oliver used Instagram to ask fans about the menu back picture. And he chose the picture which I said it's good.
Time for appetizer. I got the sweet chilli pepper  ^_^ It didn't taste like pepper at all. It's a bit sour :D It's a great starter for women.
Someone got the baked mushrooms ;-) David said "the baked mushrooms just hit the spot quite nicely. It's definitely a great mushroom lovers meal."
For the main course, I ordered the special pasta, and David got the fish baked in a bag.
The waiter said the taste of the special pasta was quite funny, it was also a bit spicy and salty. After I finished the pasta, I knew that the waiter told me the truth -_-b
However, the fish baked in a bag was really nice :D    I love seafood ;)
We had two starters, two main course and two beers. The meal costed us $85. Since the food quality was so good, the meal was not expensive at all.

Some people may think the food is light and plain. In my opinion, Jamie Oliver's food base on the fresh ingredients, and they cook the food in a healthy way. Many foods get over powered by too much salt and sauce. Jamie's restaurant gives by my opinion a great way to taste the actual food in his meals. +Jamie Oliver
