Tips: how to cut a mango without a mess

It's Australian mango season now. Why we don's use a smart way to cut mangoes? Tips help people to have a easy life. It's not bad to learn it. At least, this tip helps me to cut a mango in a fast, clean and safe way. No one like cleaning ;) yeah?

1. Make two parallel slices along the length of the flatter sides of the mango, on either side of the seed. Turn mango over and repeat on the other side. You should have two halves of mango pulp in the skin.

2. Set aside the seed with its remaining circle of pulp for later instructions. Carefully cut a cross-hatch pattern through the mango pulp down to the skin, being careful not to cut through the skin.

3. With your middle and ring fingers, push the skin-side of the mango cheek up so that the skin can lie flat on the plate and your cross-cut fans out.

Here is a funny video which is from +POPSUGAR Food  about how to cut a mango. It's more detailed.
